🏍️ GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
2. Vehicle Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the motorcycle during the entire rental period.
3. Condition of Return
The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
5. Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional charges based on the rental agreement.
6. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.
Insurance coverage (if included) will be explained separately at the time of rental.
The renter agrees to operate the motorcycle responsibly and comply with all applicable traffic laws.
7. Prohibited Use
The renter agrees not to:
- Use the motorcycle for illegal activities
- Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Allow unauthorized persons to use the vehicle

9. Limitation of Liability
Moto Rent Albania is not responsible for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Losses caused by misuse of the motorcycle
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
